About my therapy practice

My approach

Embarking on a therapeutic journey can feel uncomfortable, but it's a pivotal step toward self-understanding and positive change. As your therapist, I'll provide a non-judgmental, reflective approach, fostering deep exploration of your experiences, emotional challenges, relationships, and patterns. We will work together at your own pace and in a relational way, where our therapeutic relationship, built on trust and confidentiality, will be instrumental in deepening your self-awareness and emotional intelligence, and facilitating the healing of past emotional trauma.

Types of sessions

I offer Psychodynamic Therapy and Counselling for adults.

  • Online

  • Phone

  • In person, in Central London and North London

Initial consultation and assessment

I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation to discuss the reasons that bring you to therapy, my therapeutic approach and whether I can be of help.

Upon mutual agreement, our phone consultation will be followed by an initial 50-minute assessment consultation, where we will get to know each other and explore whether we make a ‘good-therapeutic-match’.

If, by the end of this session, you do feel that we could work together, subsequent sessions are 50 minutes long, and take place weekly at the same agreed regular time.

Languages

I offer psychotherapy and counselling in both English and Greek.
