Low self-esteem Counselling

Low self-esteem may manifest itself in various ways. You may feel that you are not good enough or aren't worthy of the love and attention of others. You may perceive yourself as inferior to others or suffer from persistent imposter syndrome. You may feel as if the way you see yourself impacts your growth and your ability to establish deep relationships.

Therapy and counselling can help deal with low self-esteem issues by offering a safe space where the way you perceive yourself and the feelings that come with it can be talked and thought about. Over time, we can get a better understanding of the underlying reasons that contribute to the low self-esteem, including historical factors of how you have related to others, starting from a young age till the recent days.

By comprehending and addressing these underlying reasons, you can develop a better understanding of and embrace the feelings stemming from self-esteem issues, and appreciate your strengths, skills, talents, and identify opportunities for potential growth.
